Insurance Case Study
This application, created for an international insurance firm, focuses on the collection of data used in the calculation of insurance premiums for construction projects and contracts. The application draws contact information from a Lotus Notes database via ODBC and pushes the information to a Microsoft Excel Template where the majority of the calculations are performed. After users have completed adjusting values, the application takes the information from the spreadsheet and pushes the data back to the Notes database for storage and replication to the home office.
